What is SET Training?

SET Training is a one-day or half-day intensive session on topics of interest to student employment professionals. SET Training is usually offered in conjunction with the annual conference

She is an International Speaker, Author, and former NFL Cheerleader well known for leading and cheering audiences around the world to live and work better together through understanding personality differences! 
 
  Candy is the creator of It Takes 4 To Tango, an exploration of behavioral styles that will help you recognize your true self and others. In the SET workshop she will help us understand how to be more flexible about the personality differences and understand what leads to problems like communication breakdown, negotiation let-down, and delegation fall-down by learning the secrets to connecting and partnering with other personality styles.


SET Training Cancellation Policy

  • Registration fees cannot be refunded for NSEA SET Training. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
  • In the event that a SET Training must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, NSEA will refund the cost of registration. However NSEA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents NSEA from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
