Joan Adams Campillo Memorial Conference Scholarship

Student employment has been shown to have a positive effect on students’ decisions to stay in higher education. Experienced professionals are needed to mentor and support these students, while understanding the federal regulations which govern these programs.

NSEA will fund two (2) Joan Adams Campillo Memorial Scholarships. This is a great opportunity for administrators to attend several professional development sessions (excluding SEE Training) at the national conference held in Savannah, GA from November 8-10, 2023.. The scholarship will pay the conference registration fee of $595 plus annual membership dues of $150 per recipient and up to a $500 stipend for conference expenses.

This award was named in memoriam of Joan Adams Campillo, a longtime member of NSEA who showed outstanding commitment to the organization through service and dedication. She believed in the organization's commitment to the development of the student employment professional.
