Registration Fees - Registration is now closed Member is defined as a paid member of NSEA or MASEA. Information about becoming an NSEA or MASEA member is available online. Conference registration includes: One (1) admission to conference general and breakout sessions, plus all meals noted on the conference schedule. Payment must be received by September 29, 2018 - Attendance without payment is not feasible. Please see refund and cancellation policy below.
Conference Objectives
About our Presenters!Conference presenters are integral to the professional development of student employment professionals at all levels of their career. The NSEA Conference Committee has found dynamic presenters for best practices presentations, panel discussions, and deep dive session. Best Practices Presentation: Presenters will showcase their work and/or successes they have had on their campuses or in the student employment profession in a traditional presentation format. Panel Presentation: A group of panelists with diverse perspectives will create a question and answer dialogue around a topic. The facilitator of the panel is responsible for organizing the panelists and moderating the session. Deep Dive Session: The facilitator will lead conversations on topics and issues that Student Employment professionals face. Sessions could include topics like I-9 regulations, ACA implementation, minimum wage increases, tracking FWS awards, wage structures, and international students, to name a few. Cancellation & Refund Policies
NSEA hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, NSEA knows that plans can change. The NSEA Cancellation and Refund Policy as follows: Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy The NSEA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual NSEA conference.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies: "Unforeseen Circumstances" is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents NSEA from continuing with a conference or training. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
